Hey there! I'm Nicki – a principal by day, an author by night, and an educational consultant all around. With over two decades in education, I've taught elementary, served as an instructional technology & curriculum coach for grades K-9 and currently, I'm a junior high principal!  I love what I do!  

I specialize in creating positive, engaging, and fun learning environments for students and teachers by PERSONALIZING their educational experiences. I've successfully built a school culture that tailors learning for EVERY student while transforming a traditional school into a PERSONALIZED one.
